Scope: These terms apply to both the website (informational) and mobile app (transactional). Different sections below address each platform's specific functionality.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

2. Use of Services

You agree to use our services solely for lawful purposes and in ways that do not infringe on others' rights. Prohibited behavior includes:

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or our staff

The website (sattvavana.com) is informational and provides:

• View product categories (Vegetables, Fruits, Leafy Greens)
• Read about Sattvavana's story, mission, and values
• Contact information and store location details
• Information about organic farming practices
• Links to download mobile applications

NOT available on website: Account registration, product ordering, payment processing, order tracking, or delivery information.

4. Mobile App Account & Registration

To use the mobile app and place orders, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and truthful information
• Maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities under your account
• Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or abuse the service.

5. Product Information & Availability

We strive to provide accurate product information and availability:

• Products are subject to seasonal availability. Some items may be temporarily out of stock.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. Final pricing is confirmed at checkout.
• Product images are representative. Natural variations in produce may occur.
• We are not liable for unintentional errors in descriptions or pricing.

6. Ordering Process

When you place an order through the mobile app:

• You are making an offer to purchase products at the stated price
• We will confirm order acceptance via SMS/WhatsApp/email/Push notification/In-app confirmation
• A contract is formed only when we confirm the order
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders at our discretion
• Order modification is allowed before cut off time for the slot (if not yet processed)
• Minimum order value: ₹500 (subject to change)

7. Payment Terms

Accepted payment methods:

• UPI
• Cash on Delivery

Payment Security: All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant, secure gateways. We do NOT store full credit card details. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your account. Payment disputes must be reported within 30 days.

8. Delivery & Fulfillment

Delivery terms for mobile app orders:

• We deliver within Chandapura - Anekal Road and nearby places in Bengaluru (service area may expand)
• Estimated delivery times are for convenience. We aim slot based delivery.
• Delivery charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout
• You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address
• If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, a redelivery fee may apply
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery
• We may take a photo of delivered items for verification

9. Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Eligibility:

• Non perishable Products must be returned within 12 hours of delivery
• Perishable items (vegetables, fruits) can be returned if damaged or spoiled upon delivery
• Unopened, undamaged products may be returnable within 24 hours for store credit
• Quality defects must be reported immediately with photographic evidence

Refund Process: Approved returns are credited as store credit or refunded to original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items: Consumed items, perishables beyond 24 hours, or items with no defect cannot be returned.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and app (text, images, logos, design) is owned or licensed by Sattvavana and protected by copyright laws. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or transmit our content without permission
• Use our trademarks without authorization
• Modify or create derivative works
• Use content for commercial purposes

11. Allergies & Health Disclaimers

Important: While we maintain high hygiene standards, our facilities may handle multiple product types. If you have severe allergies, please contact us before ordering at +91 91876 34334.

Our products are food items, not medical treatments. Always consult healthcare professionals for medical advice. Organic certification ensures absence of synthetic chemicals but does not guarantee allergen-free status.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law:

• Our liability for claims is limited to the amount you paid for the order
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for third-party service disruptions

13. Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:

• Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• Results will meet your expectations

14. Termination of Service

We may suspend or terminate your access:

• If you violate these terms
• If you engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• For technical or operational reasons

Upon termination, your service access ceases. Orders placed before termination will be honored.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Laws of India, specifically the jurisdiction of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith discussion. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to arbitration or litigation in Bengaluru courts under Laws of India.
